This house project for a couple and their two children is a research on financial optimization through the rationality of design. Maximize the size of the existing house to reduce the volume of the extension that will host the living room and the parents' bedroom.

The size of the site let us to incorporate a similar proportion volume to the existing house. The extension is connected to the existing by a veranda uses as main access.
