Create a building model focused on energy renovation while enhancing existing heritage.

All architectural decisions aim to integrate this building into the landscape, economy, and social life of the city. Designed to foster coexistence between neighborhoods, it opens onto the street to contribute to the vibrancy of public space.

The project is organized around the existing patio, inspired by the traditional "corralas" of Spain. This patio promotes cross-access between residences and structures a system of intermediate spaces, facilitating and regulating neighborly interactions.

The extension of the top two floors is built with a timber frame and insulated with rice straw, ensuring an ecological and sustainable approach.
