Nestled in a residential neighborhood, this single-family home is designed to blend seamlessly into its Mediterranean surroundings. Its southeast orientation captures the sea breeze, naturally cooling the indoor atmosphere.

Its hybrid structure combines the strength of concrete with the warmth of wood, while its compressed earth block walls provide optimal thermal inertia. This ancestral material, both eco-friendly and breathable, naturally regulates humidity and temperature, ensuring year-round indoor comfort.

The sleeping areas are arranged around a spacious, double-height central living space—the true heart of the home. Bright, open, and generous, this space fosters a continuous dialogue with the garden, where the boundaries between indoors and outdoors dissolve effortlessly.

Designed for a lifestyle in harmony with its climate and urban setting, this home is an ode to simplicity, sustainability, and well-being.
