The commission asks to define a traditional language envelope for an unknown program. The unity of the façade treatment is essential for the acceptance of the project by the city. The Haussmannian model seems to us the most suitable tool for work for  its resilience and for  its integrity.

The position of the building in relation to neighbouring buildings  gives the project the vocation of  a landmark in the city. The large corner openings will give a remarkable and identifiable character to this building and the arcades on the ground floor will ensure the formal continuity of the existing commercial path.
