The Hélio Marin building is a reference of the 1970s modular architecture. Expected to be demolished, we take the architectural choice of preserving the concrete structure and highlighting it by removing all the masonry  to open a maximum of ocean views.
Located on the edge of the dunes bordering the beach, all the rooms of the hotel and the common areas are arranged towards the sea. The creation of a large number of terraces allows users to benefit the exterior facing the sea. The creation of terraces allows to increase the visual tension from the rooms to the sea
