Marked by a significant industrial past and a dense network of transport infrastructure, this fragmented territory now presents opportunities for redevelopment and urban renewal. The ZAC of the town hall district orchestrates a series of housing projects integrated into a new framework of hierarchical public spaces, which will structure the future neighborhood and create connections with its surroundings.

 

The building volume extends the urban morphology of the adjacent block before rising in height at the corner of the plot, at the intersection with the promenade. The building’s prow, reaching a height of 27 meters, marks this urban crossroads. The loggias, positioned at the corners of the building, play an active role in the urban life of the intersection and contribute to the inclusive character of the public space.

To the south, the terraces and loggias positioned along the architectural fault line face the promenade, engaging with the urban environment and enhancing the visual connection to the heart of the block. The building's stepped design fosters a dynamic dialogue between the inner courtyard and the landscaped promenade.
