12 dwellings arranged in two small buildings. The project proposes a scale in harmony with the neighborhood. The small street front facade reinforces the domesticity of the building. The two volumes are organized around a central commun green courtyard which forms a vegetal link between the two main access streets. The project aims to achieve level 1 of the Bâtiment Biosourcé label.
