The plot is located at the boundary between suburban neighborhoods to the north and the urban renewal project to the south. This context is characterized by a heterogeneous architectural landscape, where single-family homes coexist with apartment blocks.
East-West connections, particularly the strengthening of landscaped links toward Montreau Park, are of primary importance. The proposed project is committed to respecting and enhancing the landscape continuity defined within the framework of the NPNRU.

The design adapts to the urban challenges and neighborhood scale, maintaining the proportions of the existing built environment while enhancing visual openings. These openings are designed to strengthen the connection between public and private spaces, improving the site's overall appeal.
The project combines contemporary architecture, sustainable materials, and environmentally conscious design solutions.
