With its diverse alignments, Fajon and Pasteur streets are not merely treated as access roads but actively contribute to the vibrancy of the intersection by playing an inclusive and participatory role within the block. This is achieved through openings that provide access to the residence and its central courtyard.

The project's strength also lies in the quality of the space generated by the organization, sequencing, and volumetry of the buildings, as it fosters interactions among residents. It is with the aim of creating these connections that the architectural design of the buildings takes its inspiration.
