The project is organized around two collective buildings arranged around a central landscaped area. This garden-block configuration, in addition to its bioclimatic qualities, creates a soothing setting in the heart of a noisy urban environment.
The overall design consists of two volumes, shaped by breaks in the perimeter block. These visual openings punctuate the building’s façade while providing views of the central garden from the alleys. Architectural continuity is sought between the two volumes to ensure aesthetic coherence and a unified identity within the block.
The façades facing the public space feature a refined geometry, accented by the alternation of loggias. The perimeter façades, composed of prefabricated elements, give the ensemble a mineral and orderly character. These elements will be produced in low-carbon prefabricated concrete, with a glazed finish in a beige tone, in line with the color palette defined by the developer.
